Digital Products
Choosing to have your product delivered by email, means that you are choosing a digital file.
U Print Cards offers both printed or delivery by email for most products. Some products will only allow one way or the other. Please confirm your choice when ordering. The file you receive may be printed as many times as you need.

Shipping
Shipping for all digital products is FREE. Digital products will be delivered via email as a .jpeg file to the email you have provided at checkout. Please be sure your email is correct. You will NOT receive a physical item in your regular mail. Any items marked as “shipped” mean that they have been delivered to your email provided.

Delivery Speed
In most cases, your file will be delivered to the email you provide within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase. Most orders are processed in the evening hours. Orders that include special instructions or additional wording my take up to 3 days. Please check your email account junk/spam folder if you do not see your file in your inbox after 48 hours. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of this custom product, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Any mistakes on your product will be corrected at no additional fee.

Design Agreement
All designs are for personal use only. You may not sell or reproduce these designs in any form.
By purchasing this listing, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
The digital file(s) that are provided to you by email (or any email from YOU PRINT CARDS/ U PRINT CARDS) is to be used only for personal reasons and not to be used in conjunction with any resale of the design or elements within that design. Please do not share, redistribute or sell the file(s).You will not receive a printed product in your regular mail if you have chosen to have your item delivered by email.
